World meet Oliver, Oliver meet world! I had Oliver in the studio a few weeks ago and he melted my heart. He was such a calm, sweet baby & was super sleepy! His parents were so laid back and they were so wonderful and bursting at the seams with love. Some of my favorite newborn pictures were from Oliver’s session and one of his images was even featured on The Maternal Lens!

I was asked by another photographer if she could join me during a newborn session, I of course said “YES!”. It was so much fun to have another photographer in the studio and to help her learn about newborn photography. I hope to have the opportunity to work with other photographers in the future! Baby B. was our model for the day, at 15 days old! He was all boy and had a head full of dark hair 
He was a tough little cookie to get to sleep, but I won’t hold it against him

Most of the time when I am photographing a newborn I have a baby boy in the studio. So, when I have a baby girl in the studio I get to use all of my pretty headbands, blankets and it is so much fun! I had baby M. in the studio just over a week ago and she is the most delicate and beautiful baby girl (all at 4 days old)! Her session is one of my favorites Thank you to her parents and her VERY well behaved big brother for letting me capture baby M.!
