I had the opportunity to meet this beautiful expecting momma one week before her due date! We held her maternity session at her home and I stood in the rain with my camera and umbrella while they stayed dry on their front steps! Four days after her maternity session she gave birth to their sweet baby boy E. He was just a tiny guy at just over 5 pounds. His newborn session was so much fun and was a family event. Mom, dad, grandma, grandpa and aunt were all there to watch. E.’s grandma was my assistant for his session and she had so much fun helping me! Thank you for welcoming me into your home to capture this special time in your lives!

I can’t believe that E. is 9 months old! It really doesn’t seem like it was that long ago when I was taking his newborn photos! He has gotten so big and he is soo handsome 
I was so excited to get so many great smiles out of him during our session. I can’t wait for his one year session! Thank you to his parents for letting me capture his first year! P.S. He is the best Cubs fan

This beautiful girl is M., she is my dear friend’s daughter. M. is the oldest of four and she is so bright and full of life! I am so glad I was able to do this session for M., because I think it is important for young girls to see the true beauty of who they are. I hope that 10 years from now M. will look at these pictures and feel confident in the person she is! Love you guys!
