I am behind on blogging yet again :/ This is my last newborn from January and how cute is he?! I had a handful of babies with full heads of dark hair and I loved every moment of it! Mr. S. was at the 2 week mark during his session, but he slept better than some of the 6 day old babies I have photographed. His newborn session was a piece of cake and I am so glad that I had the opportunity to meet his family! Thank you so much to him mom and dad for making the trip to Danville for your session!

I booked this baby girl’s newborn session just days before she was born and I am so glad that I had the opportunity to work with her! She is one of 3 baby girls I have photographed with this much hair! She was very particular about her hands, but she is too cute to hold it against her ;) Her parents are amazing with her and so excited to be new parents!

Thank you so much to her Mom and Dad for the opportunity to photograph their darling baby girl!

A few things about me…..

I am a very shy, in person and on line. I am a total people pleaser and I hate to let people down. My husband thinks I am a shinning star and sees my value a million times over, even when I don’t. He has been my biggest supporter and encourager, he is always giving me ideas and encouraging me to take the next step.

For a while now (the past year-ish) I have been receiving inquiries for mentoring of all types. My husbands has always said “do it!”, I have always said NO, but it feels like the right time to put myself out there, to take the next step So, starting in April I will start to offer mentoring, specifically newborns and mommy camera workshops.

Once I am settled into my new studio space I will post specific details. If you have any questions or would like more information before that time, feel free to send me an email!

It wouldn’t be a proper blog post if I didn’t add a picture :)
